Welcome In The Circle!

Typically, when we think of 'drama', we picture people on a stage, or performing in a panto. But the world of drama has many more subtle forms...

Street festivals

Improv Comedy

Original Performance, by young people

Original movement, collaboratively choreographed

There are so many ways to play! Through expert facilitation and years of experience working with drama and young people, Erin Walcon Adams explores real issues through creative play mediums. Her work has been used across the world, and her range of methods is derived from sources as diverse as Augusto Boal, Michael Rohd, Do Jump Theatre, Bread and Puppet Theatre, Ruth Zaporah, and Milton Pilsky.

As a research fellow at the University of Exeter and a freelance drama educator, Erin works in a rich array of spaces -from city councils to secondary schools, youth centres to art museums. Sometimes in small and single-delivery form, her workshops can encompass months of regular work, and the range of final performance can include film, dance, music, full length or short-form productions.
